Somewhat disappointing! I ordered medium which was way too tight and not able to return. Then I ordered large, which are still too tight in my opinion. They also came out of the laundry a bit wrinkled.

The fit is great for under a suite or sweater. The shirt is long so it stays tucked in. The neck is tight so you have a nice edge around the neck. The fit is snug which is correct for under a jacket or sweater.
