We ship all over the world. If you do not see your country at checkout or need help with placing an order, do not hesitate to contact us.

In the US, we ship via USPS or UPS (depending on which is faster).

Worldwide, you may select any of these carriers at checkout: Fedex, DHL, UPS or USPS.

Orders placed before 2pm EST are shipped same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day shipping.

In the US, Ground Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders ship from New York, so they usually arrive sooner if you are located on the East Coast vs the West Coast.

Worldwide, orders take about 5-7 business days to arrive via Standard shipping. In rare cases, orders may get held up in customs so please allocate additional time.

Please note that our carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Ground shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Otherwise, ground shipping is a $5 flat fee on shirts, socks, underwear, undershirts and masks.

2nd Day is $20.

Next Day Air is $30.

Face masks ship for a $10 flat fee.

For all other items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and to be paid for upon the receipt of the package. 

In Canada, duties or taxes are not incurred on orders valued under $40 CAD. Only taxes are incurred on orders valued $40 CAD-$150 CAD. Duties and taxes are incurred on any orders over $150CAD. Taxes and duties are generally about 25%-35% of the total order of your order (excluding shipping).

We do not ship shirts to P.O. boxes at this time. A street shipping address is required.

We do, however, ship masks to P.O. boxes.

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.

We accept returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days after receiving your order on all items (apart from underwear, undershirts and women's tights).

In the US and worldwide, enjoy free shipping back on returns and exchanges.

(Please note that underwear, undershirts and tights are not-returnable and non-refundable due to health protection and hygienic reasons).

Go to MY RETURNS & EXCHANGES to initiate a return or exchange. Once you complete the process, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment as soon as your item has been received and inspected.

Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Once our warehouse receives your return, it usually takes 3-5 days to issue the refund. You will receive an email as soon as your refund is issued.

We would be glad to make an exchange for you. You may make an exchange within 45 days of receipt of your order. In the US, shipping back to us is free, as is shipping of your new item.

All transactions are secured. The Lorenzo Uomo website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

Lorenzo Uomo does not keep any credit card information.

You may wash all Lorenzo Uomo shirts, unless we indicate otherwise on the care label (and product page call-out).

We recommend that you unfasten all buttons and turn the shirt inside out.

Delicate or gentle cycles are always best to preserve the quality of your shirt. 

Avoid mixing dark shirts with light in the same wash cycle.

If possible, air dry your shirts as opposed to tumble-dry as prolonged dryer heat and harsh tumbling may damage your shirts over time.

If possible, treat stains immediately to avoid these setting in. To treat, gently rub soap on the affected area under cold or lukewarm water.
Should the stain persist, bring your shirt to your trusted dry cleaner before washing or placing in the dryer.

Every Lorenzo Uomo shirt has 2 spare buttons sewn into an interior tab.

When you place a pre-order, your payment is charged and your items are automatically reserved. If your pre-order item is on sale, the sale price also locks in.
