Ground shipping is free on orders $75 or more.
On orders below $75, shipping is a $5 flat fee for shirts, socks, underwear, undershirts and masks.
Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 days.
Expedited shipping is also available at checkout. (Please contact us if you would like to expedite the shipping on your masks).
IN EUROPE
Masks ship for a flat fee of $10 (on any number of packs). On all other items, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and to be paid for upon the receipt of the package.
In Canada, duties or taxes are not incurred on orders valued under $40 CAD. Only taxes are incurred on orders valued $40 CAD-$150 CAD. Duties and taxes are incurred on any orders over $150CAD.
We accept returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days after receiving your order on all items (apart from face masks, underwear and undershirts).

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment as soon as your item has been received and inspected.

United StatesLike the sweater but LU slow to realise shipment got lost
This is a sweater that is heavy enough to keep you warm unlike many that are sold. It is not as soft as good quality cashmere wool but hopefully it will not pill as easily as it is 70% superfine merino wool. This was to be a Xmas gift but unfortunately, I never received the first shipment. As a good will gesture the second shipment should have been sent 2nd day rather than UPS ground which takes a week or more to reach the West coast.
